Each value is brought to life through our Ridge Crew—a group of characters who help children understand, live and embody these principles every day.
Collaboration

OUR SCHOOL CULTURE
Beyond our rigorous, broad and balanced curriculum, we aim to create a calm, happy and hardworking environment where children enjoy coming to school and feel motivated to do their best. We support children to develop the personal, social and emotional skills they need to thrive, helping them to build resilience, confidence and a strong sense of self. Through everyday school life and assemblies, children learn about respect, fairness and life in modern Britain.
We are a school where children’s voices are valued and listened to. Pupils learn about their rights and the importance of respecting the rights of others, empowering them to make positive contributions to school life and the wider society.
