Pupil Premium

Pupil Premium

The Pupil Premium is additional government funding provided to improve outcomes for disadvantaged pupils. This includes children who are eligible for free school meals (FSM) now or within the last six years, children who are looked after or previously looked after, and children from service families.

We are committed to ensuring that every child has the opportunity to flourish. Our Pupil Premium strategy focuses on removing barriers to learning, raising attainment and progress, and widening access to enrichment and cultural experiences. We carefully plan and review our use of funding to ensure it has a measurable and sustained impact on pupils’ academic achievement, attendance and personal development.

PE (Sports) Premium

The Primary PE and Sport Premium is government funding provided to enhance the quality of physical education, physical activity and sport in primary schools.

We believe that physical education plays a vital role in promoting long-term health, wellbeing and confidence. We use this funding to strengthen the quality of teaching, broaden sporting opportunities and increase participation for all pupils. Our approach ensures that improvements are sustainable and that every child leaves primary school physically literate, active and motivated to lead a healthy lifestyle.
