Pupil Voice
Pupil voice is at the heart of everything we do. You are actively encouraged to reflect on your experiences and suggest improvements and shape our school community:
- There are opportunities for you to join panels and provide feedback on key areas including safeguarding, behaviour, rewards and curriculum
- Regular pupil surveys (e.g. sport, reading) gather your views and inform improvements
- A suggestions box allows all children to contribute ideas for our school’s development
- Your voice is included in all quality assurance which supports ongoing improvement in teaching and learning
- Democratic referenda are held for important decisions to make sure that your voice counts.
